Shipping

We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Orders dispatch within 24 hours from our European warehouse, Monday through Friday.

Rates

Standard Shipping: 4.95 EUR — Free on all orders over 70 EUR. Same flat rate to every country we deliver to.

Delivery Time

• Germany: 2 to 4 business days
• EU: 4 to 7 business days
• UK / Switzerland / Norway: 5 to 9 business days
• USA / Canada: 6 to 10 business days
• Rest of World: 7 to 14 business days

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Track your package any time on the carrier website.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

30 days. No questions asked. Free returns within the EU.

How to return

1. Email us at seikis.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return.
2. We send you a prepaid return label (free within the EU; a small fee may apply outside the EU).
3. Pack the item in its original condition with tags still attached.
4. Drop off the package at any post office or pickup point.
5. Once we receive your return, we refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us first — we will hold your replacement piece and process the swap as soon as your return arrives.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached.
• Underwear and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items are not returnable unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email seikis.clothing@gmail.com with photos right away. We send a replacement at no cost.
